Project CBD seeks Bay Area volunteer interns
Project CBD, the activist think tank that defends and promotes whole plant Cannabis therapeutics, seeks S.F. Bay Area intern(s) for research, community outreach, and administrative support. Interns will assist in building and managing relationships with medical Cannabis dispensaries, analytical labs, producers, holisitic medical associations, and journalists. The internship work will be for 5-15 hours per week. Specific projects include compiling and maintaining an online medical science archive; conducting interviews and writing news briefs; production, distribution and business development for a quarterly publication; and maximizing social media contacts for website. Background in science helpful but not required. Also a plus: experience with graphic design, web content management, Facebook, and online research. For more information see www.projectcbd.org.
